Day to Day you do
- General Office Administration across Marketing team
- Regular Analysis of the beauty industry monitoring and tracking competitive innovation
- Daily management of the GWP and trade sampling strategy
- Support with retailer and NPD send outs
- Managing the logistics of the cyclical team calendar
- Management of hype events and retailer incentives
- Management of internal systems
- Supporting Trade Activation Assistant Manager on specific launch activations
You have to be successful in this role
- Ability to work autonomously
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpretation skills
- Proactivity with a keen eye for improved efficiency
- Flexible reach to work with an ability to manage various works
- The ability to efficiently act upon the needs of the team
- You are eligible to work in the UK
- Have achieved an ABB at A level or 34 points in the International Baccalaureate
- Have the GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C 4 or equivalent
