Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Degree Diploma or certifcate from an accredited university college in of the following adult education, Desing, Program evaluation, Psychology. OR A combo of a high school diploma and relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 year experience managing a team with a unionized enviroment
- Minimum 3 years of cumulative experience delivering training in a classroom or operational enviroment using formal curriculum.
Job Description
The Superintendent Training is accountable for the admin of new and existing Corporate training program relating to mail processing, introduction of new services, products, processes, system equipment.
- Possess a valid driver license
- Possess at minimum a valid provincial class D/3 driver license
- Have a satisfactory safe driving record per CPC Driver Safety Program
- Have not had more than three demerit points assigned in one single violation
- Have not received more than 2 moving violation in last 3 year
- Have not had license suspension of any kind in last three years.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and couselling to employees
- Provide direction to emmployees.
- Responsible for overlook the inputting for training information.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports on training to management
- Remain current on the latest Training and Development practices, technology and methodologies.
