LOreal Culture Brands consist of a protfolio 4 luxury fashion houses brands.

Day to Day you do

• General Office Administration across Marketing team
• Regular Analysis of the beauty industry monitoring and tracking competitive innovation
• Daily management of the GWP and trade sampling strategy
• Support with retailer and NPD send outs
• Managing the logistics of the cyclical team calendar
• Management of hype events and retailer incentives
• Management of internal systems
• Supporting Trade Activation Assistant Manager on specific launch activations

You have to be successful in this role

• Ability to work autonomously
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpretation skills
• Proactivity with a keen eye for improved efficiency
• Flexible reach to work with an ability to manage various works
• The ability to efficiently act upon the needs of the team
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• Have achieved an ABB at A level or 34 points in the International Baccalaureate
• Have the GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C 4 or equivalent
