Operate and maintain cleaning tools. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas. Receive, deliveries, store perishables and rotate stock. . Use detergent and sanitizing chemicals to clean dishes. Rack and spray all racked items with hot woter to remove food residue etc.
Follow all safety security policies of companies.
