Details

Minimum 3 days per week commitment including one weekend morning.

Required skills

• Good verbal and written English skills
• Have basic cake decorating skills
• you ar friendly, reliable and high standards
• Have experience of work with Ganache and Buttercream
• You should have the Hygiene standard certification and food safety certifications.

Tasks

• You will work our Bake Team to produce fresh cupcakes and brownies daily. You will learn the details of running BOH and kitchen.
• Pay start at $25 per hour
• Shift start at 6am and finish approximately
• Bakery is located in Mosman 2088.
