Qualifications

- experience in healthcare setting is preferred
- Nationally certified or

Responsibilities
- Collect subjective and objective health status date from the patient and transfer data to health care provider.
- Patient plan of care under the direction of the provider
- Obtain signs prere patient for exmaination
- Observe and report patien signs or symptoms and perform point of care testing
- Communicate the provider written instruction of care to the patient
- Participate in care of patients
